    1.  Get Qualified -  

    Find out what price range to start looking at - what you can afford or are willing to pay.

    Check with  a  Credit Reporting Company and pull your credit yourself.  You will have to pay
    for it,  but you won't lower your score buy looking at it yourself.  Brokers and lenders are
    notorious for running your credit into the ground at the "rate shopping stage". 

    Get the 3 scores from the top bureaus.  Enter the scores on the Cash Back/Fast Qual Form. 
    Then find several lenders,  who will give you a scenario based on your own scores.  Finally, when
    you feel you have the best lender and they are being realistic, we can see if they can be beat -
    without  running your score. 

   2.  Get Moving - Start looking for the home of your dreams.  The easiest places to look are at              Realtor.Com or Trulia.Com.   Narrow down your selections based on your needs first, then
   desires.  Start with geographical area, then price, and then selection for best results.

   3.  Contact us -  Think you have a good idea of what your looking for or have it narrowed down?          When your ready to view the properties, give us a call.  We can also pull similar properties that              may not be listed on agent websites or consumer link sites.

   4.  Set Aside A Solid Day of Viewings & Lets Go See Them - We can drive or you can drive.           However you wish, we will show you the world.  Each of our agents' have a special access key               and  lock box access system to properties throughout Southern Calfornia.
